ESPN Calls on the Professionals at AdWrapsPlus.com

again ESPN has called on the professionals at AdWrapsPlus.com
to deliver top quality boat wraps for the 2007 Quiznos
Mad Fin Shark Series tournament to be aired this
spring on the ESPN network.
Working
under strict guidelines and a nearly impossible
deadline, the team at AdWrapsPlus.com headed down
to Oceanside Marina in Key West, Florida for what
turned out to be a boat wrapping marathon. Just
a week prior to the requested deadline, ESPN made
the call requesting the boat wrapping services of
AdWrapsPlus.com
Designing
and wrapping eight boats ranging in size from 24
to 33 feet would be no small feat. But, as always,
AdWrapsPlus was up for the challenge. The week prior
to the scheduled two day onsite wrapping event,
the talented art staff at AdwrapsPlus.com worked
back and forth with the tournament teams and marketing
department of Quiznos, the tournaments sponsor,
to produce unique boat wrap designs worthy of being
represented in the first class Mad Fin Shark Series
on ESPN.
The
back of each boat was designed with a standard Quiznos
logo layout with a unique 15 foot ruler allowing
the tournament teams to measure their catch without
having to bring the dangerous sharks on board the
boats. The front portion of each boat was left available
to capture the individual spirit of each team fishing
in this year's tournament.
After
printing out the designs on quality 3M material
suitable for adverse saltwater conditions, the AdWrapsPlus.com
team headed to Key West on Sunday, February 25th
to begin a two day marathon of properly applying
the artwork to the teams' boats. Secluded in an
Oceanside Marina warehouse, the wrapping technicians
worked around the clock to successfully meet the
stringent deadline.
When
asked about the experience, Mitch Williamson the
owner of AdWrapsPlus.com, replied in exhaustion
"We had been called upon by ESPN in the past
for the 2006 Bassmasters Classic give-away boat
featured on ESPN Outdoors Bass Tech Show and we
wanted to deliver for them again this time around.
While it was an exhausting week, we're proud to
represent this prestigious shark fishing tournament
with our quality work."
